Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from high school or equivalent experience
- One year of technical training in Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- Six months of formal experience in support industry-standard hardware and software or an acceptable combination of education and experience
