As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Fielding incoming help requests from end-users via various channels
- Documenting all pertinent end-user information and problem details
- Prioritizing and scheduling tickets, escalating when necessary
- Utilizing software updates, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources to aid in problem resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from high school or equivalent experience
