Davis Design is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our upcoming projects. Responsible for managing the administrative aspects of a construction project, including overseeing contracts, processing pay applications, maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with permits and regulations. 


Required skills for a construction administrator:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy 
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and legal documents 
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools 
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 


Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field 
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with project administration responsibilities
