Davis Graham is seeking a highly qualified associate with 1-3 years of experience in employment law. Candidates should possess experience and/or demonstrated interest in employment law, including, but not limited to, drafting employment agreements and/or other employment-related documents (handbooks, etc.), researching and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues, lawsuit discovery, and motions and brief drafting. Experience with employment-related due diligence for M&A deals would also be valuable for the role. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to serve our clients and grow our practice. Experience in an employment law group at a large law firm or an employment law boutique firm is preferred. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary : $200,000 - $215,000
