The Opportunity
Join our dynamic construction and home services team as a Customer Service Representative! We’re seeking an energetic problem solver who can listen attentively to customer concerns and provide empathetic, proactive solutions. If you’re enthusiastic, polite, and skilled in customer service, we want you on our team. You'll play a key role in addressing our customers' unique needs with confidence and professionalism.
The Big Task
To promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming calls into booked service appointments and to ensure the needs of all callers are met before ending a call.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer calls, text messages and emails to schedule service appointments
- Lean the call scripts to uphold a high level of professionalism with clients, establishing positive rapport with every caller by
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
- Accurately updating customer information in the dispatch software during and after each call
- Collaborating with the management team to stay informed about service offerings and policy changes
Qualifications & Skills needed to excel at Davis & Green:
- Energetic, vibrant, and excited to interact with customers
- Previous customer service experience is essential; both in-person and over-the-phone experience preferred
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to meet each customer's needs
- Adaptable and able to handle spontaneous tasks without losing focus on ongoing tasks
- Strong organizational skills to thrive in our fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Prior experience in construction or home services is a plus but not necessary
