You will maintain our Home Guard & Planned Maintenance Agreement programs.
Key Sub Tasks
- Verify Information, input data into our computer system
- Retain memberships
- Educate existing members on all the benefits of plan membership
- Proactively schedule visits
- Send reminders for appointments, send renewal letters, process renewals
- Assist accounting personnel with payment updates
- Contacting customers for Credit Card payments
- Be the point of contact person for employees and customers with all questions about our Membership programs.
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Respond to customer requests, resolve issues
- Making outbound calls
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
