Davis Jewelers is a high-end, family-owned luxury retailer, authorized to sell internationally known fine jewelry and watch brands.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and inspire our accomplished sales team. This role offers the opportunity to manage sales operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and Develop: Manage and develop a talented sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

· Achieve Sales Goals: Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

· Customer Experience: Create memorable moments for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.

· Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient floor management and daily operations.

· Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.

· Conflict Resolution: Handle customer and team conflicts with professionalism and care.

Performance Metrics:

· Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and yearly team sales goals.

· Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through positive reviews and feedback.

· Team Development: Ensure all team members complete required training and development programs.

Qualifications:

· Retail sales management experience, preferably in luxury sales.

· Proven track record of sales success and strong leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Times:

· Full-time, five-day work week including Saturdays, with a designated day off Monday-Thursday.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
