Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of lead generation and sales—be the driving force behind our growth.
Partner with a talented team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
Build lasting relationships with clients and guide them through the process.
Safely oversee rooftop inspections and ensure top-quality work on all projects.
Requirements:
Be a self-starter, and be coachable.
Experience in sales, project management, or lead generation is a plus, but we’re open to training motivated individuals.
Must speak English fluently and be ready to jump in and get started.
Ability to commute to or relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
