Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members in various tasks including lawn care, irrigation, and garden maintenance.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train crew members on proper techniques for maintaining landscapes, including tree care and building garden features.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, making recommendations for improvements or interventions as needed.
- Ensure the proper use of landscaping equipment and tools, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring that all materials and equipment are stored properly after use.
Qualifications
