As a Snow Shoveler, you will be responsible for clearing snow from various surfaces, ensuring that our properties remain safe for residents and visitors alike. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. *Duties* - Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas as needed. - Use hand tools effectively to remove snow and ice. - Maintain equipment used for snow removal, ensuring it is in good working condition. - Assist with additional groundskeeping tasks such as lawn care, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance when not engaged in snow removal. - Dig out areas as necessary to prevent accumulation of snow and ice. - Report any hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly. *Experience* - Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus but not required. - Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical knowledge related to snow removal equipment is beneficial. - Experience in tree care or garden maintenance can enhance your application. - A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
