Three 16 hours shifts first week and Four the second. You will have 36 hours of overtime each payroll, garneting at least $2600.00 a month.
Davis Stuart is looking for Treatment Associates for our Maxwelton Group Home.
Davis Stuart operates as a private, non-profit organization providing services for adolescents, recovering from abuse, neglect and/or behavioral issues, with capacity to serve 68 teens through four treatment locations.
By providing therapeutic residential care, we strive to meet the needs of residents, ages 12 to 18, in a supervised setting. Our goal is to reunify the young person with his or her family, when possible, or give them the life skills to enter into independence.
What is a Treatment Associate?
Treatment Associates provide supervision for our residents while helping with social development, and providing supportive counseling daily.
This position has built in overtime.
Our Group Home serves adolescents ranging from age 13 up to 21. Staff must model for residents appropriate demeanor, self-control, and behaviors. Staff will also maintain knowledge of each assigned resident's treatment plan, accurately complete all required documentation, supervise residents in their self-administration of medications, and provide transportation for residents as needed and/or required utilizing agency vehicles.

Minimally qualified candidates must:
- Preferred; a high school diploma or have completed the General Education Development (GED) equivalent coursework.
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a state-mandated criminal background investigation' WV Cares.
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a drug screening
