What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Aftercare Program Coordinator position at Davis Studio?
Davis Studio is seeking an energetic, responsible, and compassionate person to work with elementary-aged students in our Summer Art Camp Aftercare Program Monday through Thursday. The mission of the Aftercare Program Coordinator is to provide a joyful and uplifting atmosphere for our summer camp students and to build relationships, environments, and routines that keep students physically, emotionally, and artistically safe.
The Aftercare schedule is from 2 – 6 pm and involves outdoor play, project time, and access to great-quality art materials. The Aftercare Provider is also responsible for some end-of-the-day cleaning and tidying of our studio space. As the Program Coordinator, you will have the freedom to design fun and creative art activities and games for your aftercare students. On Fridays, you will connect with our summer camp teaching staff to help coordinate camp transitions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR / First Aid Certification (Preferred)
