Litigation Associate - Senior Level - San Francisco

The San Francisco office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks to hire a senior level commercial litigation associate attorney with a minimum of six years’ experience. Candidate must have large law firm or high-quality litigation boutique experience. We prefer candidates with law-firm experience, including responsibility for pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, discovery, and depositions. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required. Clerkship and court experience is not required but a plus.

The candidate should have interest in a variety of cases (including class actions, technology, telecommunications, financial services, intellectual property, healthcare, environmental, and other complex litigation), be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and interest in learning from experienced litigation partners.
