Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic servers and bartenders to join our dynamic team in an upscale casual dining environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, menu items and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and their guests while adhering to food safety and handling standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, ensuring their food orders are met promptly and courteously.
- Operate the POS system accurately for order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Experience
- Previous bartending/serving experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
