Overview

The Center Without Walls (CWOW) Go-live Lead / EHR Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering a successful go-live week for their respective facilities. The CWOW Go-live Lead is an application and deployment subject matter expert for DaVita’s next generation clinical IT platform, Center Without Walls (CWOW). CWOW is an electronic medical record that enables safe, effective, and efficient patient care, supports integrated care, and delivers a superior teammate experience. This position will provide a unique opportunity to travel throughout the US to lead the coordination of support and provide live hands on facility coaching throughout the first week of application go live. This position will provide launch activity oversight at the facility level and ensure a successful application implementation through strong cross lane partnerships between IT, operations leadership, clinical teammates and physicians. This role is part of a team comprised of highly motivated individuals with clinical, operational, and/or IT backgrounds tasked with deploying CWOW in a safe and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Accountable for the successful first week of CWOW go-live in the facilities for which they are assigned. This will involve coordinating, driving and providing direct oversight of the implementation of CWOW as an application subject matter expert from pre-go live to post go live check out and includes live hands on application support.
  • Responsible for ensuring all facility teammates are competent and confident in CWOW by the end of the first week of deployment, and know how to access additional resources moving forward, as necessary.
  • React and respond to facility and teammate training, technical and process needs, and exercise independent decision making to problem solve on the spot or determine the necessary course of escalation
  • Develop strong relationships across lanes such as IT, operations, clinical and learning and development to ensure the coordination of support. This may include regional and facility leadership, patient care teams and physicians.
  • Collect and report key project outcomes to central IT deployment team, and provide recommendation on continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience

Salary/ Wage Range

$20.43 to $30.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
