Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Sales Representative position include:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prospect and generate new business leads across the state of Florida.
- Meet with commercial clients to assess roofing needs and provide estimates.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and close deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely project delivery.
Salary: Starting at $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission (3-6% on everything sold).
