We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate new business, cultivate strong client relationships, and meet sales goals by providing tailored roofing solutions.
Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections to assess repair or replacement needsProvide detailed estimates and proposals based on assessment findingsEducate homeowners on roofing options, materials, and solutionsBuild strong relationships with clients and guide them through the sales processManage leads efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and multiple follow-upsEngage in direct sales activities, including canvassing and prospecting for new businessOversee the sales cycle from lead generation to project completionNegotiate contracts and secure agreements with clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project executionMaintain accurate records of sales activities and job milestones in CRM software (AccuLynx)Actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessionsRequired Qualifications :
Sales Experience : 3-5 years in sales (experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred)Customer Service Skills : Strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional serviceNegotiation & Closing Skills : Ability to secure contracts and maximize profitabilityCommunication : Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with clients and team membersTime Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organizedPhysical Capability : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights as neededReliable Transportation : Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet insurance standardsProfessionalism : Adherence to company policies regarding dress code and conductAdditional Preferences :
Experience with roofing materials and industry standards (preferred but not required)Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis (preferred)Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)Schedule :
Full-time : 40-50 hours per weekMonday to Friday, 8-10 hour shiftsWeekend availability as neededIn-person role based in Pompano Beach, FL with daily travel to client sites (relocation required before start)Important Notes :
