Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10 years of experience in residential multi-unit, commercial, and mixed-use construction
- Heavy field experience and strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and town personnel
- Oversee new projects from start to finish, including the approvals process and construction phase
- Manage the project lifecycle from site work, core and shell, interiors, to turnkey completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and OSHA certification preferred
- Dealing with subcontractors and overseeing a 10-man labor crew
- Work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work one Saturday a month
Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
