Qualifications and responsibilities for this Human Resource Manager position include:
- 5 years of experience in HR leadership, including hiring and personnel development
- 2-3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner and in training program implementation
- High emotional intelligence with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Oversee and implement efficient hiring processes and personnel development programs
- Execute training, succession planning, wage adjustments, and promotion processes
- Ensure compliance with personnel guidelines and standards while driving continuous improvement
- Manage back-office HR processes, including payroll, attendance, and employee satisfaction metrics
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
