MEP Construction General Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Construction General Manager position include:

• Minimum 5 years of high-level management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or commercial construction.
• Proven ability to oversee job sites, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Strong business acumen with experience in client relations and contract negotiation.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact project timelines.
• Leadership experience in growing and managing teams, transitioning from direct site involvement to overseeing project managers.
• Experience scaling operations and driving company growth.
• Hybrid work environment: office, job site visits, and some work-from-home flexibility.
• A current book of business that you could bring to the table is a plus
• No degree required, but deep industry knowledge and leadership experience are a must.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
