Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 8 years as a design professional and 5 years of construction administration or on-site experience
- Registered Architect highly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience working on commercial, office, multifamily, education, or municipal projects preferred
- Manage and produce architectural designs from concept through construction
- Lead construction documentation and administration efforts, ensuring quality and constructability
- Work directly with clients to maintain satisfaction and ensure design execution aligns with their goals
- Collaborate in a small, creative team environment—contributing ideas and solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
