Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Operations position include:
- 10 years of leadership experience in the construction and building industry with commercial experience
- Strong regional connections or ability to bring clients to the company is a plus
- Oversee estimating, manpower planning, project management, and business development efforts
- Work closely with clients to develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates
- Ensure all required permits are obtained and project documentation is accurate and complete
- Drive strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities and competitors
- Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Serve as the face of the company to new and existing clients, promoting the brand and building long-term relationships
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
