We are looking for someone who LOVES people and keeping a schedule running on time! Is time management and kind, clear communication your expertise? Do you love talking to people and remember EVERYONE's name? If you are a front desk expert, we are looking for you!
This is a part time position. Reporting to the studio manager you'll be responsible for keeping our busy studio on schedule during client session days. You'll be responsible for greeting clients and taking them to their photographer, answering the phone and keeping the studio on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage client appointments from greeting to exit after their session
- Cheerfully keeping the studio running on time
- Smiling a LOT
- Preparing client images for their viewing
