Phone Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and current customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and promote our studio.

Duties

• Conduct calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
• Utilize our CRM and other software tools to track interactions and manage customer information
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities and develop strategies for outreach
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to engage in warm calling effectively, demonstrating confidence and professionalism
• Familiarity with market research techniques to identify potential leads
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
