Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Answer all phone calls promptly, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and a client-centric attitude.
Communication Management:
- Monitor and clear multiple email inboxes daily, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Call clients back as needed and manage CRM system messages effectively.
Production Support:
- Assist in the creation of centerpiece portraits, ensuring they meet studio standards for quality.
Financial Assistance:
- Support the accounting process by managing client payment plans and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
Community Outreach:
- Coordinate the provision of silent auction items to local businesses and charities, strengthening community relationships.
Special Projects:
- Assist with various projects as they arise, contributing to the studio's growth and operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer service and CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic accounting knowledge or familiarity with payment plan processes is preferred.
