Job DescriptionOur client, leading leader in semiconductors, is looking for "Sales Operations Analyst"based out of Milpitas, CA.Duration : Long term contract (Possibility of further extension)Responsibilities : Team with Sales Operation Analysts to clear all SAP sales order holds (including : book / ship, IDeliver, Letter of Credits, payment issues, change PO's, customer requested ship dates, CAS, contracts, pre-payment collections, escalations).Maintain correct customer requested ship dates. Work with Account Managers globally to obtain updated customer request date change order.Assist in the Letter of Credit process to final approval before shipment.Participate in weekly divisional meetings pertaining to slotting to gather shipment information to help clear holds.Assist with maintenance of bookings updates for same quarter shipments.Review sales orders in SAP for holds, dates and notes.Generate and respond to inquiries relative to order holds from Field Sales, Division Sales, Master Scheduler, Configuration Analyst, Trades Services, Mfg. and FinanceHelp maintain files on the department TEAMS site.Familiarity of PC and related functionalities including EXCEL, SAP and Caerus database preferred.Qualifications : HS Graduate or Equivalent or work experience of 0-2 yearsEXCEL experience is a mustSAP experience is a plusCompany Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KIf interested, please send us your updated resume at hr@dawarconsulting.com / akansha@dawarconsulting.com
