- GTM Strategy
- Experience leading and presenting sales revenue reviews, including pipeline reports.
- Leadership and influencing skills – experience leading / influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization

The Sales Strategic Planning & Operations group is looking for an experienced business leader to help drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and overall operational excellence for Business Messaging sales and partnerships efforts at Client. Business Messaging aims to be the preferred way businesses communicate with their customers. This leader will partner deeply with the leadership team of Business Messaging, and many cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, marketing, finance, HR, etc. The primary objective of the role is to enable revenue growth through data-driven business strategies and efficient operations.
This role requires someone who has a highly flexible skillset to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, ad hoc data deep dive analysis, coordination and leadership of critical projects across the company, and contribution to team culture and values. The ideal candidate has passion for Client platforms and products, has a proven track record of proactive operational leadership in a cross-functional environment, and can move fast to drive results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and improve planning process, including but not limited to goal-setting, project prioritization, headcount planning, etc.
Frame decisions and contribute a strong point of view on how to scale the business
Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leaders and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects
Develop a deep understanding of the business and be the person who can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
Combine qualitative information with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendations
Lead business reviews for the Business Messaging leadership team to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (e.g. monthly / quarterly business reviews, sales pipeline reviews). Present to an Executive audience.
Look for opportunities to build culture and help strengthen the organization
Drive key leadership and cross-functional meetings to facilitate alignment on opportunities and issues to address
