Sales Management Trainee
This position is responsible for the direct management of a team of individuals who have field performance expectations including new business acquisition & exceptional service to our existing active client base. Sales Management Trainee work closely with our recruiting dept to help train and develop new recruits. They also are a direct line of support and guidance for their respective team members. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.
Primary duties:
· Development of new representatives.
· Training of new representatives.
· Monitoring daily activity of assigned team
· Daily & Weekly reports on field activity.
· Weekly Recruitment.
· New Hire assessment.
Prerequisites:
· Minimum 2 Years in a leadership role (preferred, not required).
· Minimum 1 year experience in business prospecting. (preferred, not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
