Job Summary
With our continued growth in the greater Tuscaloosa area, we're looking to add an enthusiastic Sales Management Trainee to our local financial service agency. We are seeing self- motivated individuals with a desire to help others and develop themselves as leaders. We are looking for qualified individuals to service our existing client base as well as create new relationships with potential clients. We have structured plans and processes in place to guarantee the success in this position if executed as trained. Individuals who meet the requirements and qualifications below are highly recommended to apply for this position. Promotion into management possible within the first 90 days but not guaranteed.
Requirements of a Sales Managment Trainee:
- Maintain knowledge of financial service products
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self discipline and have excellent time management skills
- Desire to reach goals on a personal and business level
- Willingness to help others
- Must have drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
- Must have windows operating laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
