What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Manager position at Day & Night?
Day & Night is a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customers plumbing and HVAC systems in the Phoenix Metro area. We are currently seeking a Plumbing Manager to oversee the company's plumbing activities to include supervision of Service Plumbers, Drain Technicians, Camera Tech, and all other people involved in our world-class plumbing team. As a Sr. Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the company's monthly plumbing budget through proper planning and management of all calls ran by your team.
Plumbing Manager responsibilities :
- Set goals and achieve them effectively & consistently
- Review calls daily and track KPIs
- Identify plumbing sales trends and adjust as needed
- Manage, develop, coach and motivate the plumbing team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved
- Prepare and lead effective weekly meetings
- Manage the plumbing team under a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Recruit, hire and train new and current plumbers
- Manage open estimates with our Inside Sales Representatives
- Track and analyze plumbing statistics based on key performance indicators
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Work closely with vendors to ensure that we have the needed product now and, in the future, to achieve our goals without any loss of production
- Review all work performed to make sure it meets company standards

Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
