Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will assist in various stages of the production process. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. Will train the right candidates. Several positions open, in assembly, shipping, fabrication.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to assist in the production process.
- Package and label products according to company standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assembly of lighting fixtures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to [weight limit].
