This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in Chicago.
Responsibilities
The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. Working alongside each of our core Shape, Share & Fuel disciplines, this is a team of big picture thinkers, facilitators, client leaders and creative problem solvers.
Integrated Producers are the lieutenants of the team being equal parts project management, client liaison, and content producer. As highly effective communicators and relationship builders, our Integrated Producers provide holistic thinking as they drive the process forward. This team is highly organized and works alongside all departments. They know what everyone on their teams need to be successful; all while proactively troubleshooting across all departments so deliverables are met in a timely manner that best support the work.
You will be a day-to-day account lead, responsible for shepherding a wide range of creative initiatives through completion. You will work directly with a Brand lead at D1A, on client business and building the client relationship, and alongside each of our creative leads, as well. You will assess project feasibility, curating the right resources for the project, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients. This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social, digital & video understanding, time management, organizational skills, and most importantly an ability to keep projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the Brand lead to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead the charge in presenting and pitching integrated ideas, effectively demonstrating their value and feasibility.
- Guide clients through the creative development process, championing the vision while addressing feedback with their brand in mind.
- Serve as an internal and external strategic advisor during project planning, ensuring creative concepts align with both client goals and resource availability.
- Empower integrated teams to successfully deliver integrated creative projects
- Foster a collaborative environment where cross-disciplinary teams can contribute to and align on client strategies.
- Partner with Studio Producer to ensure seamless integration with team for creative deliverables
- Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams
- Clearly articulate project details for both internal & external teams
- Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed
- Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs.
- 8 years of experience in integrated production, or similar field
- Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and programs for multiple clients
- Experience in managing high-level client relationships and leading integrated creative projects.
- Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans
- Experience in the project management of creative assets, including both static and video assets
- Strong, persuasive, creative presentation skills and deck creation
- Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development, working with third party vendors and familiarity with usage terms
- Experience assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects & clients
- Experience partnering with other project discipline leads within our agency and across an IAT to lead project teams to successful outcomes
- Experience building and structuring project teams that garner the best results
- Experience documenting and reporting project progress in a correct and timely manner, including preparing status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
- A track record of successfully translating business challenges into impactful creative solutions.
- Experience working in a creative agency setting.
