Description
We're looking to add to our quickly-growing team with an entrepreneurial-minded, high-achieving leader who will be instrumental in growing our thought leadership, corporate storytelling and executive communications function at the agency. This role will serve as aSr. Account Supervisor, helping to manage priority executive communications, thought leadership and corp comms accounts as well as helping to drive other priority internal / external agency initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a communications expert and project manager with the ability to multitask, self-motivate and work within deadlines. We're looking for someone who has a strong track record of driving results that help brands and their executives build a corporate narrative and break through to achieve earned media success.

This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is available only in New York.
Responsibilities
This role will provide a significant entrepreneurial opportunity, working closely with the co-founders (and other senior leaders), in shaping the company's culture, chemistry and providing input regarding policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include :
- Help to drive corporate communications workstreams forward.
- Focus on corporate storytelling, executive communications and brand narrative development across earned, owned and Executive channels.
- Help craft our clients' corporate narratives
- Support competitive analysis and media audits to uncover narrative white space for brands
- Drive forward thought leadership initiatives for key members of the leadership team
- Drive earned business and innovation storytelling for the brand, showcasing new features and products through priority corporate narratives
- Identify, vet and secure speaking opportunities, panels, main stage moments and awards
- Support thought leadership initiatives across innovation and product focused workstreams
- Partner with existing team to uncover new angles and opportunities to drive our clients' corporate narratives
- Liaise with business and trade media

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $140,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
Salary : $105,000 - $140,000
