About the opportunity

Dayforce is looking for a results-driven Director of Product Office, with program and project management experience, who thrives in defining frameworks and structures to enable scalable, enterprise-level cloud solutions. The Director of Product Office will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the scaffolding for a comprehensive Cloud Platform product, including a unified product catalog, documentation, and organizational alignment tools. This individual will work across multiple departments, driving clarity and alignment with stakeholders and establishing systems for metrics, data, and project tracking. Accountability for maintaining critical elements of a structured, cohesive cloud platform product infrastructure is central to this role.

What you’ll get to do

• Develop and oversee a scalable product structure and catalog framework, supporting the organization in aligning products under a unified structure.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with the organizational vision and drive integration of strategic initiatives for Cloud products.
• Establish a cohesive landing zone for product documentation, ensuring up-to-date, accessible, and centrally organized resources across engineering and product teams.
• Act as a liaison for documentation management, promoting best practices, standardization, and ensuring compliance with cloud and IT standards.
• Serve as the central point for metrics and performance tracking, gathering and analyzing data from platforms like Jira to support real-time insights and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system, ensuring leaders and stakeholders have transparent access to data that drives strategic planning and product improvement.
• Foster collaboration across functional teams to create and enforce systems and standards that support the Cloud Platform’s operational efficiency and alignment.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to synchronize user feedback with product goals, ensuring that the framework remains responsive to evolving business needs.
• Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and HR to address organizational needs, aligning strategic planning with operational and product framework development.
• Support change management initiatives for new frameworks and processes, developing training resources, and communication strategies for organizational adoption.
• Drive efficiency improvements in cross-functional collaboration, process automation, and the integration of best practices to accelerate project velocity and enhance project outcomes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, delivering consistent and measurable improvements across product management and program operations.
