Office Manager Position

This is a full-time, M-F, 8-5 Office Manager position located on-site in Brooklyn Park, MN. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage communication and correspondence, maintain records, and support the sales and production team. The Office Manager position will play a crucial role in the operations of the company.


Duties Include

  • Answering Phones - Taking and Relaying Messages
  • Processing Parts Orders - Order Entry, Shipping (UPS/FedEx), Invoicing and Processing Payments
  • Managing Accounts Payables - Entering Vendor Invoices and Processing AP payments
  • Ordering and Restocking Parts from Vendors
  • Processing Customer Payments for Equipment and System Orders
  • Scheduling LTL Shipment of Equipment and System Orders
  • Monitoring and Payment of State Sales Tax Owed
  • Ordering and Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Filing and General Administrator Duties
  • Coordinate Vendor/Office services (HVAC, Water, Office Supplies, Shipping Supplies, etc.)
  • Other Administrative and Bookkeeping Duties as Assigned


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Sheets/Docs, Email, PDF, printers, etc.)
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk around the plant.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lb products and packages
  • Ability to operate a standard Pallet Jack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage calendars and tasks
  • Experience in maintaining records and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment a plus


Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
