Pay Scale: $15-16.50hr.
Summary: Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
- Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
- Participate in Shift Report
- Provide transportation.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience with the population served and/or crisis experience. AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.
