Pay Scale: $20-22/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains company fleet, tracking and collection of vehicle inspections and mileage reports for all locations monthly. Maintains tracking report and follows up on unmet items to ensure a plan of action is in place and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Tracks and follows up on vehicle accidents and ensures vehicles are repaired in timely manner. Follow up on all accident reporting to insurance. Maintain fuel reports, renewals tags, fuel cards, and assist in auditing of fuel invoices. Reports to manager on any vehicle needs from management. Keep the electronic files for the CARF accreditation.
- Maintain and Process Purchase Orders for purchases according to the Daymark policy requirements including quotes for purchases or services and submits to finance manager for approvals, Tracking PO’s to insure are matched to proper invoice. Assists accounting staff with month-end closing requirements as needed.
- Maintains building inspection reports by location and updates tracking report. Ensures all emergency & safety drills are completed timely by each location and track actual emergency reports monthly ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Play a key role in the Safety Committee to insure Daymark are following safety requirements..
- Maintains UPS software and responsible for packaging and drop off of UPS mail as well as other special packages as needed.
- Attends and participates in center management meetings and appropriate company-wide meetings.
- All other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience: Must possess an High School Degree and two years work experience in accounting duties. Accounting knowledge preferred.
