We are seeking an LCSW/A,LCMHC/A, or fully licensed clinician experienced in working with adults with mental health needs with the primary role of providing group and individual therapy at our Lee County location. This is a full-time, salaried position.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while using sound clinical judgment when under pressure. Candidate must highly value team collaboration. We are particularly looking for someone that is passionate about serving our community’s most vulnerable and finds satisfaction in overcoming systemic barriers to attain the best possible client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required: social work, counseling or related field
- Associate licensure required: LCSWA, LCMHCA, LCASA or equivalent
- Full licensure preferred
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
- Dually-licensed is a plus, not required
Job Responsibilities
- Mental Health Groups and individual therapy for Adults using a variety of evidenced-based practice (CBT, DBT)
- Services rendered on site & by telehealth
