Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Fabricate and weld components for repairs or improvements as required.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, logic controllers, and welding techniques is highly desirable..
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
