Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment needs.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is an advantage.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is beneficial for understanding guest expectations.
- A strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is essential.
