Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Man to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Conduct custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain floor care through regular maintenance and cleaning of various surface types.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of floor care techniques and products.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
