Job Summary
The House man plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel or hospitality establishment. This position involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Assist with housekeeping management by ensuring that all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in common areas, restrooms, and guest rooms as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and guest requests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.

Skills

• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong background in hospitality, with an understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
• Experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning tasks.

Pay: $21.23 - $25.57 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
