Hours: Shifts are 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM, 5 days per week
Location: Days Inn Fergus Falls, a newly branded Wyndham hotel, formerly the Fergus Inn
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations. Additionally, this role includes cleaning and laundry duties to ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness.
We are also a U-Haul dealer, and this job will include handling U-Haul rentals from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Perform cleaning tasks in the lobby and common areas
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing and folding towels and linens
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Availability to work 3 PM - 11 PM, five days a week, including weekends
