Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and guest accounts.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, front desk procedures, and night audit processes is a plus.
- Experience with hospitality management software is advantageous.
