Job Summary
Seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, proactive Front Desk Manager to oversee the operations of our front desk area, including guest services, sales and revenue management. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment. This role requires great and personable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.

Ultimate Compensation offer may be different/better than stated depending upon final scope of responsibility and experience.

Performance Bonuses awarded for achieving goal results.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee scheduling staff of 5-7 front desk agents ensure optimal use of time and resources and great guest service experience.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems including proper invoice processing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills are a must.
  • Possess good general sales skills, including coaching team to do the same.
  • Ensure that Brand Standards of Days Inn are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with office management protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk is necessary, along with experience in supervisory position(s).
  • Successful experience in managing a team of motivated and engaged staff.
  • Track record of being highly responsible and dependable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. And the ability to successfully deal with all types of guests.
  • A strong history of great customer services experience is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
