Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette
- Ensure that the reception area and lobby is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Assist with billing inquiries or direct clients to the appropriate department.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems is essential.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are necessary for managing files and appointments.
