Groundsman/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring that our grounds are well-kept, safe, and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and caring for outdoor spaces.
• Picking up trash and removing debris from the grounds.
• Ensuring pathways are clear and safe, and removing ice and snow in winter.
• Emptying trash and recycling containers, or assisting with other maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Experience

• Ability to lift and carry, and to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Reliability and Dependability: Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that the grounds are well-maintained and presentable.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.50 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
