Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations via phone systems, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and maintain hotel standards.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel or resort settings.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
