As a Front Desk Associate at Days Inn, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In and Check-Out:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
Verify guest information and process payments accurately.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Relay guest feedback to management.
Reservation Management:
Manage room reservations and cancellations using the hotel’s booking system.
Assist with group bookings and special requests.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Perform basic clerical tasks, including filing and data entry.
Safety and Security:
Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property.
Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and protocols.
