Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and cancellations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
